FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about working capital, debt restructuring, and utility optimization.

How does advance consolidation actually work?

We use a ‘reverse consolidation’ strategy. Instead of paying off your advances in one expensive lump sum, we deposit the exact capital you need into your account each week to cover those payments. We then replace your multiple chaotic withdrawals with a single, much smaller daily payment. Your old advances are paid perfectly on time, and your daily cash drain stops immediately.

What financial underwriting requirements do you have?

Our working capital and consolidation programs require minimal documentation. We base our underwriting primarily on your current cash flow velocity, typically requiring only 4 to 6 months of recent business bank statements.

Are there any upfront fees for funding or restructuring?

No. Our compensation is factored directly into the terms of your final funding or consolidation agreement. You are never required to pay out-of-pocket broker fees upfront.

What is the Letter of Authorization (LOA) for?

The LOA is strictly for our Energy Optimization program. It legally authorizes us to request your historical utility usage and tariff data from your power provider so we can audit it for inefficiencies.

Will the energy audit disrupt my current utility service?

Absolutely not. The audit is purely analytical. Furthermore, any transition to a more efficient rate class or alternative supplier is executed strictly with your explicit, written approval.

How quickly can you deploy capital?

Once a complete file is submitted, term sheets are typically generated within 2 to 4 hours. Upon execution, liquidity is usually wired to your operating account by the next business day.

What if I only want working capital, but not the energy audit?

Our programs are completely modular. While we recommend both to maximize your bottom line, you can utilize our working capital, consolidation, or energy services entirely independent of one another.
